This soap liquid pouch is built on a stand-up design with a gusseted base, so it stands firmly on the shelf once filled. A screw-cap spout sits at the top, giving smooth pouring and easy resealing between uses. The four-side seals are flat and strong, with widened side and bottom seals that keep the pouch stable after filling. Optional one-way valves, zippers or handles can be added for 2kg family-size soap liquids.
The pouch body is laminated from PET, PE, AL and NY films, with a food-grade inner layer that offers good barrier performance and puncture resistance for long-term liquid storage. Surfaces are printed with 1-8 colour gravure printing for crisp detail and rich colour, with matt, gloss or spot-varnish finishes available. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L, and pouch shape, spout diameter and dimensions can all be adjusted to suit filling equipment and shelf display.
These pouches suit laundry detergent, hand soap, body wash, dish soap and other liquid soap products for household filling and retail sale. For customization, send us samples or artwork; we confirm structure and material, produce a sample for approval, then move to bulk production. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 cleanroom, covering film blowing, lamination, bag making and inspection in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with matching roll film also available.
