This liquid soap pouch is built for household and commercial refill formats, using a stand-up construction with a widened bottom gusset so the bag stays upright on shelf. The spout is available in screw-cap or press-to-open versions, with a tight sealing cap that dispenses viscous liquids cleanly. Three-side seal or four-side seal edges are flat and reinforced at stress points, so the pouch handles daily squeezing, transit and stacking without splitting. Optional features include a carry hole, hidden zipper or one-way valve for repeated use.

Pouches are typically laminated in PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PA/PE structures, with a food-grade PE inner sealing layer that contacts the liquid directly and resists acids, alkalis and permeation. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for fine detail, stable colour and full coverage, with matte or gloss finishing if required. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and spout diameter, pouch dimensions and roll film width can all be set to your requirement, with matching roll film available.

Typical applications include laundry liquid, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, fabric softener and disinfectant, as well as food-grade liquid refills.
