This stand-up spouted soap pouch is designed as flexible packaging for chemical and personal care liquids. The pouch stands steadily on the shelf thanks to a widened bottom gusset, and the seals are made with three-side or four-side sealing for a flat, secure finish. On top you can choose a screw cap spout, a flip-top spout, or an optional drip-resistant valve, so liquid flows out smoothly and the nozzle stays clean between uses.
The pouch body is usually built from PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE laminates, with a food-grade inner sealing layer that balances barrier performance, puncture resistance and chemical compatibility. Surfaces support 1-8 colour gravure printing for gradients, spot colours and full-coverage backgrounds. Bag style, dimensions, spout diameter and capacity can all be adjusted, with common volumes from 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film in the same material is available.
Typical applications include disinfectant, laundry detergent, liquid soap, hand cream, hair mask and body wash. The custom process starts with your sample or artwork, then material and print proof confirmation, sampling, and finally bulk production.
