This food-grade stand-up zipper pouch has a bottom gusset that lets the filled bag stand upright on the shelf. The press-to-close zipper can be opened and resealed many times, while the tear notch and heat-sealed top edge keep the pack closed in transit. The clear front shows contents at a glance, and side hang holes can be added for pegboard display. It suits dry foods and small items that need repeated access plus moisture and dust protection.
The pouch can be built from food-contact PE, PET, AL and NY films, with common structures such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving solid coverage, stable registration and a choice of matte or gloss finish, while clear window designs remain possible. Sizes are made to order, from around 100g up to 5kg, with bag width, height, bottom gusset and zipper position all adjustable. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical uses include nuts, coffee beans, tea, candy, pet treats, dried fruit and small hardware parts. The custom process is straightforward: send us a sample or artwork, we confirm structure, material and printing, then make a sample for approval before bulk production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house film, printing, lamination and bag-making lines.
