This is a stand-up zipper pouch fitted with a spout, made for small-format liquid and semi-solid products. The bottom gusset lets the bag stand upright on shelf, while the spout and press-to-close zipper allow both easy filling and repeated dispensing. Buyers can choose back-seal or four-side-seal construction, a standard press zipper or a slider zipper, and spout diameters such as 8.5mm or 10mm to suit their filling equipment.
Food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/NY/PE are available, and the structure can be tailored to light, oxygen or low-temperature requirements. Surface printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure printing, handling solid backgrounds, gradients and fine artwork detail. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 500ml, with pouch width, spout position and zipper placement adjusted to your filling line. Matching roll film in the same structure is available for automatic packing machines.
These pouches suit children's jelly, powdered drinks, fruit puree, sauces, single-dose detergents and sample sachets, where food-grade material and a clean production environment matter. We manufacture in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 cleanroom. Send us a sample or artwork and we will customise the bag style, size and print layout.
