This aluminum foil and metallized laminated stand-up spout pouch is designed for small to medium liquid volumes in personal care and household chemical lines. The self-standing bottom gusset keeps the bag upright on the shelf, while the top-mounted screw-cap spout—available as a standard nozzle or with a leak-resistant inner plug—pours cleanly and can be opened one-handed. Reinforced side and bottom seals reduce leakage and burst risk during transport, making the pouch suitable for sample sizes, gift-with-purchase packs and retail display.

The bag body uses multi-layer lamination of PET, aluminum foil, metallized film and PE, balancing barrier performance with stiffness; layer thickness can be adjusted to suit the filled product. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, so artwork, colour codes and brand information are fully customizable, with matte or gloss surface finishes available. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L. Spout diameter, bag dimensions and seal width can be matched to your filling equipment, and matching roll film in the same material structure is available for automatic filling lines.

Typical applications include laundry liquid, fabric softener, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and skincare samples, as well as disinfectants and household cleaners.
