This stand-up aluminum foil spout pouch is built for liquid packaging that needs to stand on the shelf. The widened bottom gusset keeps the filled bag upright during storage, transport and cold-chain handling. The top can be fitted with a screw cap spout, a flip-top spout or a one-way valve, and a die-cut handle can be added for 5L bagged water. Side and bottom seals are flat and strong, with seal width and spout base sized to match your filling equipment.
The laminate combines food-grade aluminum foil, metallized film and PE/PET layers to block oxygen, moisture and light, which helps protect flavour and shelf life. Outer layers accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, including full-coverage backgrounds, gradients and fine text, with matte, gloss or touch finishes on request. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L; pouch dimensions, spout diameters and roll film widths are matched to your filling line.
Typical uses include bagged drinking water, low-deuterium mineral water, juice, concentrates, edible oil, soy sauce and vinegar, and liquid home care products. Custom work starts with confirming pouch style and material structure; we accept your samples or artwork for proofing, then move to bulk production, with matching roll film available for automatic lines. Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
