High Barrier Aluminum Foil Spouted Stand-Up Pouches for Hair Dye and Tonic Liquids

This high barrier foil spouted stand-up pouch is built for hair dye, tonic and similar paste or liquid personal care products. The pouch uses a stand-up bottom gusset that widens the base and lowers the centre of gravity, so a filled bag stands steadily on shelf and is easy to squeeze with one hand. A screw-cap spout is fitted at the top centre or offset to the side, with the orifice sized to suit your fill viscosity, from thick creams to thin liquids. The spout is heat sealed to the body and reinforced side seals reduce leakage during transit.

The laminate combines aluminium foil with PET, nylon and other substrates, finished with a food-grade PE sealing layer that resists oxygen, moisture and light. Buyers can choose a plain foil or metallised construction, and the surface accepts 1-8 colour gravure printing that reproduces brand colours and gradients. Common volumes run from 100ml to 5L. Spout diameter, pouch dimensions and seal width can all be adjusted to your drawing or physical sample, and matching roll film in the same structure is available for automatic filling lines.
