Solvent-Resistant Aluminium Foil Spout Bags for Construction Chemical Liquids

Designed for filling and dispensing chemical and construction liquids, this aluminium foil bag is offered in stand-up and three-side-seal formats, with reinforced corner seals and an optional bottom gusset for stable shelf standing. The outlet can be fitted with a screw spout, flip-top spout or a valve spout with inner plug. Spout diameter and seal type are matched to your filling line, which helps limit leakage and product residue during filling and lets end users pour or refill several times.

The bag body is laminated from aluminium foil or metallised film with PET and PE layers, giving a barrier against moisture, oxygen and many solvents and alkaline fillers, while the food-grade inner sealing layer allows direct contact with the contents. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing with consistent colour reproduction, and matt, gloss and spot-varnish finishes are available. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, with film thickness and bag dimensions set by fill weight and filling method. Matching roll film in the same structure can also be supplied.

Typical applications include tile adhesive, waterproof sealant, construction A/B components, cleaning agents and ink solvents, as well as agrochemical and personal care samples. The custom process is straightforward: confirm bag type and spout, send artwork or a physical sample, approve the proof, then move to bulk production. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, printing, lamination and bag making are handled in-house, and sample- or drawing-based customisation is welcome.
