Four-Side Seal Aluminum Foil Spouted Pouches for Hydrogen Water and Mineral Water

This four-side seal spouted pouch is built for liquid products. The pouch body is sealed on all four edges for a flat, firm profile that keeps its shape after filling. A food-grade spout sits at the top, offered with a standard screw cap or a tamper-evident ring cap, and an optional one-way degassing valve helps release internal pressure in hydrogen-rich water and other lightly carbonated liquids. Pouches can stand or lie flat, and spout position, bag proportions and seal width can be adjusted to suit your automatic filling and capping line.

Pouch bodies are typically laminated as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or similar multi-layer structures. The aluminium foil layer blocks oxygen and light, while metallised film balances light barrier with cost; the inner layer is a food-grade heat-seal resin that comes into direct contact with the liquid. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, allowing custom logos, artwork and text, with matt or glossy surface finishing. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, spout diameters of 8mm, 10mm and 16mm are available, and bag dimensions can be tailored to your filling equipment. Matching roll film is available on request.
