Designed for liquid and powder consumables, our foil and metallized pouches use pillow-style three-side-seal or back-seal construction with flat, strong seals that hold weight without splitting. Spouts, valves, screw caps and fitments can be added for easy filling and pouring, and an inner corrosion-resistant layer helps limit leakage and product residue with inks and similar fluids. Available formats include flat pouches, pillow pouches and stand-up pouches, with sizes and opening directions adjusted to your filling line.

Typical laminates include PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, where the aluminium foil layer delivers high barrier performance and the metallized layer balances light blocking with cost. Inner sealing layers such as PE or CPP are selected for compatibility with ink, toner and chemical fillings. Printing runs in 1-8 colour gravure printing for sharp graphics and consistent colour, with matt, gloss or spot varnish finishes available. Volumes range from 100ml to 5L, covering common 1L ink pouches and 2KG toner bags, with thickness tailored to your material.

Customisation starts with your sample or artwork to confirm structure and material, followed by a proof before production, with 1-8 colour gravure printing set up in the same run.
