Custom 2KG Aluminum Foil Spouted Stand-Up Pouch for Powder and Toner

This aluminum foil spouted stand-up pouch is built for dry powders and fine granules. The gusseted base keeps the bag upright on the filling line and on the shelf, while the top-mounted screw spout or silicone valve spout gives controlled dispensing and can be closed with a dust cap. Seams are flat and reinforced at both side and bottom seals to limit sifting and product hang-up, making the format well suited to 2KG powder filling.

The pouch is typically laminated as PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with metallized film, nylon or easy-tear layers added where extra barrier, puncture resistance or static control is needed. Light, moisture and oxygen protection come from the foil core, and all food-contact layers are food-grade. Printing runs 1-8 colour gravure, including full-bleed backgrounds, spot colours and matt or gloss finishes. Standard sizes cover 500g to 2KG; bag width, height, spout diameter and film thickness can be matched to your filling equipment, and the same structure can be supplied as roll film.

Typical uses include toner and carbon powder, solid spray powder, and food-grade powders such as flour, protein, coffee and seasoning, plus selected dry agricultural and chemical additives.
