This spout stand-up pouch is designed for small-volume liquid drinks. The bag body is formed with three-side or four-side sealing, and a folded bottom keeps the pouch standing upright on shelves or in cartons. A food-grade spout sits at the top, available as a straight spout, angled spout or a leak-resistant valve version, so the cap stays sealed after opening. The shape is comfortable for children to hold and convenient for outdoor carrying. Sizes are matched to your filling equipment, with 350ml being a common option alongside other volumes.
The pouch is built from aluminium foil and metallised laminated film, typically PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE. The middle barrier layer blocks light and resists oxygen and moisture, while the inner layer is a food-grade heat-seal PE that is BPA-free. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, including full-surface backgrounds and matt or gloss finishes, reproducing your artwork and brand marks. Volume options run from 100ml to 5L, and spout diameter and pouch dimensions can both be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
