This aluminium foil / metallised stand-up spout pouch is built for liquid products, with a gusseted base that lets a filled pouch stand upright on the shelf. Side or four-side sealing is available, with seal width and heat-seal parameters matched to your filling. The top can be fitted with a spout, screw cap or one-way valve, giving smooth dispensing with minimal suck-back — well suited to hair oil, essential oil and similar medium-viscosity liquids. The pouch body stays firm and resists damage in transit.
The laminate uses milky white PE as the inner layer, combined with aluminium foil or metallised PET on the outside to form a barrier that blocks light, oxygen and moisture, helping protect the contents from oxidation and fragrance loss. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing for rich, consistent graphics, with matt, gloss and spot effects available. Pouch size and volume can be tailored, typically between 100ml and 5L, along with spout diameter and nozzle style.
Typical uses include hair oil, hair care serums, personal care liquids, liquid soap and selected food-grade liquids. For customisation you can send samples or artwork; we confirm structure and print file, then produce a sample for approval before mass production at our Dongguan plant, which runs a Class 10000 cleanroom for food-grade packaging. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film in the same structure is available for automatic filling lines.
