High-Barrier Aluminium Foil Stand-Up Pouches for Industrial Adhesives & Sealants

These aluminium foil and metallised stand-up pouches are developed for industrial adhesives and similar viscous products. The bottom gusset lets the pouch stand upright for stable shelf display and neat carton stacking. Three-side or four-side sealing, together with widened and reinforced seals, helps prevent leakage or seal failure after filling. The top can be plain, fitted with a press-to-close zipper, or built with a spouted nozzle, and a valve or dispensing fitment can be added when controlled dosing is required.

Laminates are selected to suit the product being packed, with PET/foil/PE and PET/metallised/PE among the common combinations. The foil layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture vapour, while the inner sealing layer offers good adhesion and chemical resistance, helping reduce oxidation, skinning and curing of the adhesive inside. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing to reproduce brand colours and fine artwork. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L, and pouch width, height and nozzle diameter can be matched to your filling line.

Typical uses include hot melt glue, sealants, construction adhesives, industrial glue and some lubricating greases, in both retail and bulk supply. A custom project usually starts with confirming the application and volume, then agreeing on structure and film thickness, followed by sample pouches to test filling and sealing; existing samples or artwork are welcome, and matching roll film can be supplied alongside. Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in 10,000 class clean rooms, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
